What You’ll Do:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales roles, from sourcing to offer stage.
• Recruit, screen, and onboard 50+ sales agents within tight timelines.
• Execute high-volume recruiting strategies across job boards, referrals, social media, and outbound sourcing.
• Conduct fast-paced interviews while maintaining strong candidate quality.
• Partner with sales leadership to forecast hiring needs and meet aggressive growth targets.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline using an ATS.
• Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, hire volume, and pipeline conversion rates.
• Continuously optimize sourcing and screening processes to improve speed and quality.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sales recruitment.
• Proven success in high-volume, short time-to-hire environments.
• Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Experience using ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools.
